Universal Foundation in association with "Tamil Nadu Association for Physically Handicapped" is planning to conduct a programme called E2E Training Programme i.e Education to employment between 7th and 11th November 2011 with the objective of empowering persons with disabilities with Job Ready Skills to assist them to get better employment. We propose to impart training in English communication; soft skills and carrier consultancy.Mr.Antony Nicolas of WinMax Academy with two decades of experience have offered to give the necessary training. In this regard the Lions International District 324A8 has agreed to sponsor the expenditure of faculties, course material etc. The training programme is to cover about 35 to 50 orthopaedic disabled persons selected from the various districts and the programme will be an IN HOUSE PROGRAMME for about five days with 8 hours duration per day and the participants will have minimum qualification of a Degree or Diploma. The total expenditure for one week programme for about 50 persons is estimated at Rs.1,50,000 and the Lions Clubs are sponsoring for the course expenditure and faculties, say about Rs.40,000.
